Executive assistant CVs are similar to those of administrative assistants and office administrators. In many cases the recruiter who goes through the CV is the same person that you will be working directly under. You should therefore be very careful about what your CV reflects about your abilities and personality. Many employers look for assistants with effective skills in organization, communication, information technology, competence with office equipment and are easy to work with.

Some of these skills can only be assessed during an interview. Skills such as organization can be demonstrated in your CV by citing instances that you were involved in the organization of events, activities or people.
