Catering refers to serving of guests, preferably organized by a host and having someone ensure that every one gets their portion and has had their fill. Depending on the crowd being catered for, a whole lot of courtesy is required when dealing with a hungry mob. Most education institutions for example, require a person with lots of experience, compared to the one who works at an airport utility. A sample CV is shown below
