A croupier also known as a casino dealer is an individual charged with the duty of taking and paying out bets. The primary duties of croupiers’ in casinos include operating games such as baccarat, blackjack, roulette, keno and dice. It is the responsibility of the croupier/dealer to ensure that game rules are followed.
