There are many types of jobs within the hotel industry. With the right qualifications and experience you can apply to be a clerk, cook, waiter, receptionist, bell boy, cleaner, and superintendent, pool attendant, bar maid or any other profession. Employers in the hotel industry look for individuals with effective communication skills.

A hotel CV should reflect an interest in people as the hotel industry is all about people. This can be demonstrated by indicating involvement in social or charitable work or work that involved direct interaction with people.
