Not a good format, and content is questionable and smells like cheddar: long-winded; garrolous; full of subjective words. Anyone in the world can claim that they are "aggressive; team-player; attentive; intuitive; creative; blah blah yadda yadda".
As an employer, I would trash this CV / resume within 10 seconds of starting to read it.
A resume needs to contain verifiable achievement facts. Example, for each job, write five lines that sums up the function of your position. Then, list one achievement that you could prove, such as: "Increased yield from 3.75% to 4.25% between May and October (industry average: 3.73%), which led to the Annual Operating Plan being achieved 47 days earlier than required. industry average." Do not use terms such as "doubled total sales" - oh puhleez...did you really PRECISELY double it? Add some credibility by inserting accurate numbers, such as "increased sales revenue by 98.7% vs History."
Furthermore, the above resume states "Capable of working with deadlines, with no supervision ". Well, I should darn well think so!!! You're a marketing manager, for God's sake! Marketing managers take years to get to the position of marketing manager. They then need to manage people who report to them, such as Brand Managers; Marcomms Managers; Product Managers; Research Managers -etc, and to manage large budgets and formulate complex strategies. I would therefore say that you SURE AS HECK SHOULD be able to work without supervision in such a role!!! It goes without saying! It is an assumed skill at this level of the food chain!!
Next, this sentence: "Uphold the ethics and tenets of the Profession that Marketing is". - WHO CARES???? Granted, we certainly want our marketing manager to uphold BRAND PROMISE; BRAND IMAGE and BRAND EQUITY, but any rational President / Managing Director / CEO doesn't care about how much you'd love to protect your marketing profession! Do that in your spare time by going to the little marketing network breakfasts before work -etc. CEOs want to know about your STRATEGY to realize their annual sales projections. Let's move on to this: "Rise above all challenges that women managers find in a career dominated by Men":
The "I'm a victim who tries harder" mentality is a turn-off. Rather be up-beat, and say something such as "To compete on par with the best marketers in the region, to hone my skills and benefit my employer."
Lastly, this stuff about how you like to play Scrabble -etc: It has no place on a professional's resume / CV, and is absolutely irrelevant to the job. Employers cannot "judge your personality" by the fact that you play scrabble. Either leave it out or put relevant stuff that will make a difference / impression. However, do not fake it - if its not true then leave it out. Examples: Reading about current affairs; occasional involvement in community events
